TOTS
Parents/carers can rest assured that their children will receive the very best of care during their time at TOTS crèche. All settings are Ofsted registered and staffed by qualified CRB checked childcare staff. TOTS crèches support Children’s Centre activities, learning and training opportunities for parents/carers at six Children’s Centre venues.
Enabling environments
Tots daily routine is flexible and adaptable to the needs of the children attending.
Our crèche facilities are designed as such and are safe and stimulating places for children to be cared for TOTS believe that outdoor play is very important to children’s health and well being and provide outdoor play experiences whenever possible.
Positive Relationships
Where
possible TOTS aims to have consistent staff teams for long running courses.
Parent’s comments and input are listened to and valued.
Staff

under 5’s development
and learning.
Children are supported
in their play and given opportunities to build relationships with their

A unique child
Children are free to make choices. Children interests are noted and planned for Super Star forms are distributed to enable tots staff to gain valuable knowledge of the children attending.
Staff
carry out observations to enable planning.
Children
that attend crèche regularly receive summative assessment of what they
have achieved while they have been attending.
Learning and developing
TOTS
crèche facilities are designed to give all children freedom of choice.
TOTS have EYFS/ECM daily provision plans which are developed regularly to meet the needs of the children attending.
TOTS staff provide a range of activities to meet all areas of learning within each session.
