St. Nicholas Centre is the registered office of FSN and is a large Victorian building in central St. Leonards. The Centre has wheelchair access and a lift to all floors of the main building and parking for service users displaying 'disability badges'. Within the grounds of the Centre is St. Nick’s Nursery, St. Leonards Children’s Centre, a Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) and Dragonflies Remembrance Garden. St. Nicholas Centre is hub of activity with many visitors attending, with over 30,000 footfall

The Centre offers a range of quality rooms available for hire, serviced by a Community Café. Groups can order buffet lunch if required
· 2 large Meeting / Training /  Presentation rooms
£10.50 per hour
· 2 medium Meeting / Training / Presentation rooms
£10.50 per hour
·  IT Suite £15.00 per hour
· Hall with kitchen / training room for a range of activities e.g. dance, parties training etc.
· Quite Room £7.50 per hour
