FSN believe lifelong learning is key to well-being and offers FREE Adult learning courses in a variety of subjects including:

  • Health and Wellbeing

  • Arts and crafts,

  • Personal development – building confidence and communication

  • Employability skills – return to work, interview skills

  • Healthy Cookery

How long are the courses and for what age?

Depending on the subject, courses range from 12 – 21 hours over 4-6 weeks.
Courses are for adults aged 19+ years, except for family learning when children can attend with their parent/carers.
 

Where are the courses delivered?

Courses are delivered in various accessible venues across Hastings, St Leonards and Rother.

Babies have freedom to play and explore. The sessions get us out and about.
