FSN Dragonflies Project offers free support to children aged 5-18 years old and their families who are experiencing pre or post bereavement

FSN My Time Project offers an early intervention peer support service to help children & young people aged 5-18 cope with emotional wellbeing, anxiety, anger or separation.

I enjoy coming to PACT, meeting other parents so we can share our experiences, it helps us get out of the house too. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. When my baby is old enough for nursery I would like to volunteer to help run a group.
